Asset Manager

Region: Czech Republic & Slovakia

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring correct settlement of gas and fixed assets within the subordinate area
  • Ensuring proper conduct and settlement of the inventory process in bottling plants and subcontractors 
  • Systematic and reliable reporting on fixed assets to the East Region Manager
  • Keeping records and creating statistics
  • Inventory control in the bottling plant and subcontractors
  • Budget management within the subordinate area
  • Clarifying warehouse discrepancies with suppliers and subcontractors and proposing corrective actions
  • Ensuring regular and one-off purchases of materials and services
  • Optimization of purchases, searching for savings potential
  • Analysis and evaluation of purchasing effectiveness
  • Creating CAPEX and OPEX for assets
  • Checking current relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiations with current and potential suppliers (domestic and foreign)
  • Control of compliance with internal directives and purchases
  • Providing of notarial deeds together with a notary public (certification of facts of legal significance)
  • Performs other official tasks assigned by the superior, which are related to the type of work agreed in the employment contract, as well as tasks resulting from the regulations, directives and procedures in force at the given position
  • The management of the company reserves the right to add and change functional positions


Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Warehouse management experience with strong impact on inventory stock count
  • Experience in inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), knowledge of the Polish is welcome
  • Higher education, Economics/Technical
  • Group B driving license (occasional trips in the Czech Republic and Slovakia)

  • Good time management
  • Ability to solve problems and propose solutions
