The purpose of this role is inventory and ensure availability of cylinders, cages and other assets to achieve sales goals in cooperation with sales and logistic departments. Optimize cost of obtaining assets. To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Inventory knowing process
- Excellent excel knowledge
- Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Slovak or/and Czech
Responsibilities:
Ensure business continuity by proactive management of cylinders, cages and other assets including turnover, availability along with recommendation of cylinder’s stock at customer premises and internal warehouses
- Support sales and logistic in right sizing of customers and warehouses inventory
- Manage and control expenditure for assets repair within agreed annual plan
- Support budgeting and forecasting process related to inventory management and assets availability
- Provide data for business information require for assets management (cylinders, cages, gas and non-gas inventory)
- Support month-end closing process for warehousing area
- Recommending actions to improve business process in assets management area
- Anticipate development and identifies areas that require special attention
- Works closely with plant managers, sales, logistic and accounting teams

- Travels within the area up to 10%
